Exclusive Handmade Jewellery by Junko Hirai. Junko Hirai is a Japanese jewellery designer who is a recipient of major awards. She holds the Certified Awarded Title CGJ ( Certified Gemmologist of Japan ) by the Gemmological Association of All Japan. Having completed a course leading to her City & Guilds Diploma, she received awards for her work from the Goldsmiths' Company and British Jewellers' Association. Her jewellery has been displayed at the Goldsmiths' Hall and the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Junko Hirai is a featured designer in the "Who's Who in Gold and Silver" section of The Goldsmiths' Company website.

  Junko Hirai is a Japanese university graduate. Her designs are based on the theme of nature. Each piece is individually handmade, crafted in 18ct gold with diamonds, precious or semi-precious gemstones and pearls (Japanese Akoya cultured pearl, South Sea pearl and Tahitian pearl ). She can design and provide tailor made jewellery according to an individual customer's requirements. She was a long standing member of r of the Gemmological association of Great Britain. She obtained the College Award and Far East Award at East Berkshire College. Has displayed at Goldsmiths' Hall by Craftsmanship & Design Awards 2001. Featured In Maidenhead Advertiser. Has displayed at The Victoria & Albert Museum for three months. Half page feature in The Observer news paper. Obtained the City & Guilds Jewellery Diploma at London Metropolitan University . Awarded City & Guilds Diploma in Jewellery by the British Jewellers' Association. Awarded Joint Second Prize by theWorshipful Company of Goldsmiths. Twice nominated to display at the Goldsmiths' Hall by Craftsmanship & Design Awards. has also displayed at a major jewellery fair in Fukuoka and Okayama in Japan.
